About the Owner / Instructor

I love martial arts even after 45 years of training and over 25 years of teaching adults and children. Being able to teach young students and adults to be confident in their everyday lives is very satisfying.

For me, Shotokan karate has been a lifelong learning experience. I began training when I was 16 years old and continue going to my instructor to learn more. I feel that I have the responsibility to teach traditional Shotokan karate the way I was taught.

"I BELIEVE THE HARDEST PART OF BECOMING A TRUE MARTIAL ARTIST STARTS WITH SIMPLY SHOWING UP FOR CLASS"
